The Council welcomes the opportunity to provide feedback to the ACCC on the Environmental and sustainability claims – Draft guidance for business (the Guidance). The Council believes clear and sensible guidelines on environmental and sustainability claims will be helpful for businesses, consumers and other stakeholders.
