Alcoa of Australia (Alcoa) Chairman and Managing Director Michael Parker has been named 2019 Gender Diversity Champion for his commitment to promoting and empowering women in the workplace, at the 2019 Rio Tinto Women in Resources National Awards held at Parliament House in Sydney.
