The Climate Change Authority has released its 2024 Issues paper: Targets, Pathways and Progress. The Paper outlines the Authority’s approach, direction and thinking as it prepares its advice for the government on Australia’s emissions reduction targets, sectoral pathways and progress towards becoming a net zero economy.
In responding to the issues raised in the Paper, the Council will respond to selected questions for consideration.
