The Council welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to this inquiry into the Environment Protection Reform Bill 2025 and six related bills (the Inquiry). Noting that parliamentary processes for the year are still underway, the Council is providing this early submission to the Inquiry, and the Council intends to make a more detailed submission before 5 December 2025.
